Service to calculate the likelihood that a given Twitter user is a spammer/d-bag.

We have an issue when sorting through lots of Twitter users where it is hard to detect those people of low quality to bar them from certain actions. Would love a service that scores a Twitter user (or set of users) that scores users. I'd like an "Akismet for Twitter" but is beyond just pure spam and identifies those people who are just pumping out crap links and promotion on Twitter.
