The idea is to take a social-media stream and weed out the duplicates. Collating different services and only showing you those which you prefer, while allowing you to reply in a similar manner: on only one, or in multiple platforms. Ideally, you should be able to deal with content in the manner that you want, and have the rest take care of itself. The idea being to keep the discussion as one, even when it's taking place on twitter, buzz, or who knows what.
