Auto-repost tweets I indicate as Most Important to a second "digest" Twitter account for people who think I tweet too much.

Many people don't follow me on Twitter, or don't have notifications turned on for me, because I tweet too often. I want a way to let these people see my Most Important tweets without having to see the rest.

The easiest way I see to mark Most Important tweets is to include the carat (^) character at the end, because it's only used to mark exponents and it's rare I do math in a tweet.

So, this tool would grab all of my tweets that include ^ and re-post them to a second account, @MarinaMartinShort, that I would give the service credentials for. Then people can subscribe to just that account and/or turn SMS notications on for just that account.

If I abused my privileges and included ^ in every tweet, presumably people wouldn't follow @MarinaMartinShort, either, so it's self-policing.
